Singapore’s security industry runs on WhatsApp. When an officer calls in sick at 18:40 for a 20:00 shift, the Ops team posts into group chats, picks up the phone, and hopes. Off days are collected by message, rosters live in spreadsheets, and nobody sees the whole operation at once.
SwiftShift was built from inside that problem. It puts the roster, the gaps and the replacement in one place: Ops asks for off days in one tap, sees every gap across every site, fills them from the agency’s own people first, and covers the last-minute absence with nearby officers. Officers set the jobs and days they want and get only the shifts that fit.

The founder
Scott Misso has spent the last three years inside Singapore security operations, in agencies of 30 to 400 staff. SwiftShift is built from those nights.
Before that, he spent more than 20 years running operations across F&B, retail and attractions in Singapore and Malaysia, including as General Manager for F&B, Retail & Attractions at the Singapore Flyer. He co-founded Hawker Express, an early hawker food delivery platform in Singapore, and founded Pasar Segar, a grocery e-commerce business in Malaysia.
