Terms of Service

SwiftShift is a platform that connects security agencies with verified security officers for shift work in Singapore.

Workers are engaged and paid directly by their agency; SwiftShift is not the employer and is not a party to any employment arrangement. Payment terms are between the worker and the agency.

Employers are responsible for the shifts they post, the rates they offer, and the site procedures (OJT notes) they provide. Workers are responsible for attending accepted shifts and acknowledging site procedures.

Reliability scores reflect attendance, punctuality, and OJT completion, and influence priority for future shifts. No-shows and late cancellations affect your score.

Misuse of the platform — including false licence details, fraudulent attendance, or abusive conduct — may result in removal.
