SaaS Sales Manager
Win Singapore security agencies onto SwiftShift, from first message to signed client.
What you will do
- Find and reach Ops and HR leaders at security agencies
- Run demos and live trials on a real shift
- Close Growth and Professional plans, and keep the pipeline honest in our CRM
- Bring what customers say back into the product
Who you are
- B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to operations teams
- Comfortable starting conversations with people who did not ask for one
- Knowledge of Singapore’s security industry is a strong plus

Client Success Executive
Get every new agency live on SwiftShift and make sure they keep using it.
What you will do
- Onboard new agencies: sites, officers, rosters and training
- Be the first call for Ops users and officers when something is unclear
- Watch usage and step in before a client drifts back to WhatsApp
- Write the guides and short videos that answer the common questions
Who you are
- Experience in customer success, onboarding or operations support
- Patient, clear and organised; happy on the phone and on site
- Experience in security, facilities or workforce operations is a plus
