SwiftShift Trial Terms

Not yet in effect. These terms apply from the date ThynkLabs Pte. Ltd. is incorporated.
1. Who this is between
These terms are between ThynkLabs Pte. Ltd. ("SwiftShift", "we") and the company the user signs up for ("you"). The person who ticks the box at sign-up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
2. What you get
For 15 days from sign-up you get free use of SwiftShift, limited to: 5 sites, 3 users (1 Admin and 2 Ops) and 15 full-time officers; 10 urgent-shift credits; basic onboarding (1 day) and 3 training hours; no customisation.
We may extend the Trial once, by up to 15 days, at our discretion.
3. No charge, no commitment
The Trial is free. You do not have to buy anything afterwards. A paid plan starts only when you sign our Services Agreement and Order Form. These Trial terms do not roll into a paid plan.
4. When the Trial ends
When the Trial ends, your account is paused automatically: you cannot post shifts or send offers, but you can still sign in and export your data for 30 days. After those 30 days we delete your company data, except anonymised, aggregated statistics (see clause 7).
5. Your responsibilities
You must enter only accurate information, only add officers you are entitled to deploy, make sure every officer you deploy holds a valid PLRD licence for the role, and keep your logins secure.
You stay responsible for your officers' employment, pay, CPF, insurance and work-hour limits, and for your contracts with your own clients.
6. The marketplace
SwiftShift only connects agencies and officers. We do not employ, supply or place officers, and we are not an employment agency. Any shift you fill through SwiftShift is an arrangement between you and the officer. You decide who to accept.
7. Data and privacy
You are responsible for your officers' personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We process it only to run SwiftShift for you, as your data intermediary.
We protect it with reasonable security and tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
We may keep anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you or any person, to improve SwiftShift.

8. Provided as is
Trial features may change, and the Trial has no uptime or support-response guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for unfilled shifts, officer no-shows, client penalties or liquidated damages, or indirect losses.
Our total liability under the Trial is capped at SGD 100.
9. Acceptable use
You must not copy, resell or reverse-engineer SwiftShift; use it to contact officers for purposes other than work; or post jobs that break Singapore law or the PLRD's rules.
We may suspend the Trial if you breach these terms.
10. Confidentiality
Our pricing, demo materials and anything marked confidential stay confidential, and so does your business data.
11. Law
Singapore law applies, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
